About Me
After many years of seeing so many interesting things and capturing none of it, I decided to make a change and get images and videos of the cool things that I see throughout my travels and daily life.
Puma - My Typical Test Subject
Puma is a rescue kitty that I got when I had a computer repair shop (Avenue Computer) in Oak Park, Illinois. He quickly became a fan-favorite, so I promoted him to "Head Greeter". He still helps with my other IT Consulting company (Gibbs Tech Solutions) in a more "mascot" capacity, and now resides with me in Davenport, Iowa, where he serves to help me test camera lenses in exchange for cat nip and an endless supply of treats.
The Home Turf
As a Davenport, Iowa native, the past 40 years have seen a lot of change in the old town. There have been many notable events throughout Davenport's history. The flood of 1993 comes to mind for those of us who were teenagers in the '90's. Much has changed since then, so I'm hoping to document these changes.
